This program is designed to develop person-centered, life-enriching plans to include activities, volunteering and therapeutic services for people who have a range of intellectual and physical disabilities.

This program is designed to develop person-centered, life-enriching plans to include activities, volunteering and therapeutic services for people who have a range of intellectual and physical disabilities.

- Medical support and nursing assistance
- Therapeutic services including art, music, pet, occupational, and massage therapy
