This program assists individuals in attaining competitive supported employment plans that create employment outcomes consistent with a persons skills and interests.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Program Description & Details

This program assists individuals in attaining competitive supported employment plans that create employment outcomes consistent with a persons skills and interests. Individuals 18 and older with documented Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) who are underemployed or unemployed due to their diagnosis.  Individuals in this program must live in Anoka County, be receiving services from Lee Carlson Center (Fridley and Coon Rapids locations) or Bridgeview, and be referred to Rise by that program.
