Community Supported Employment

The purpose of this program is for our Employment Consultants to partner with individuals to find a diverse range of employment opportunities based on what an individual's career goals are.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Program Description & Details

Our Employment Consultants find a diverse range of employment opportunities based on what an individual's career goals are. We utilize a strengths based approach which means that we take people where they are at and assist them in finding a job that is a good fit for each individual.  Rise also provides follow-up services after the person gets a job in order to ensure that they are successful on the job. Typically people in this service would be eligible for a waiver.
