Central Minnesota Works IPS Project

This program is evidence-based mental health treatment attached to a Mental Health Treatment Team and CORE Professional Services. We work with people to develop individualized placement and support (IPS) consistent with an individual's interests, career goals, and plans.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Program Description & Details

This program is evidence-based mental health treatment attached to a Mental Health Treatment Team and CORE Professional Services. We work with people to develop individualized placement and support (IPS) consistent with an individual's interests, career goals, and plans. This program is designed for adults with mental illness who are currently unemployment or underemployed and looking to find a new job. People must be co-enrolled in Vocational Rehabilitative Services.

  • Vocational assessment
  • Job development and placement
  • Transition services
  • Resume building
  • Employment support and career planning
  • IPS case service coordination
  • All job outcomes are matched to the individual's employment support plan.
