If you need additional workers to complete jobs at your business site, Rise can provide crew of workers (numbering four or more) plus a site supervisor who will be trained according to your business practices and quality standards.
The site supervisor can assist with job coaching, familiarization with building, business policies and procedures, scheduling, goals and measures, communications, accommodations, and more. We can also provide a job coach to help train and provide follow-up support as necessary.
Rise can also take care of payroll for the workers and provide transportation for workers. We cover all workers’ compensation costs.
