Volunteers play an important part in our success. Have a few spare hours? Help at events, be a Rise Ambassador at local charity fairs, or offer your other unique talents to committee service.

Special Events

Rise hosts a variety of community events throughout the year. We need volunteers to participate on planning committees and to help with set-up and registration at the events. Events include the Par Excellence Golf Tournament, Celebrate Rise! awards dinner, and ArtSpeaks artwork exhibits.

Rise Ambassadors

Help Rise bring its message to local corporate community campaigns by speaking on behalf of a Rise program or staffing an information booth at a local professional conference.

Michael’s Closet

Rise provides gently used professional clothing for people who are ready for their first job interviews. We need volunteers to assist with picking up donations in the metro area, as well as sorting and displaying merchandise.

Special Projects

Rise needs individual and group volunteers for special projects throughout the year. Would you be interested in helping with gardening at our office sites, office painting projects, community outings with program participants, or other specialty projects?
